Meet Ted
Ted Stambolitis is a longtime Lexington County resident, business owner, and former Town of Lexington Council member with 14 years of public service. He and his family have called Lexington home for nearly 40 years, giving him a deep connection to the community and a personal stake in its future.
Ted owns and operates Flight Deck in Lexington, where he has built a successful business, created local jobs, and invested in the community he calls home. His experience as both a business owner and public servant gives him a practical, results-driven approach to leadership.
During his time on Town Council, Ted helped lead efforts to improve traffic flow, guide responsible growth, expand infrastructure, and revitalize the community, all while keeping taxes low. His work contributed to projects like the Icehouse Amphitheater, key roadway improvements, and long-term planning that positioned Lexington for continued success.
Ted understands the challenges facing Lexington County today. Traffic is getting worse, growth is outpacing infrastructure, and decisions are being made without a clear plan.
Lexington County is home. Ted is running for County Council to bring accountability, discipline, and real results back to District 2 and ensure the community remains a place where families can live, work, and thrive.
